Absolutely brilliant Day at #ConnectedNorth yesterday! We got to represent the brand, show off our skills and meet new potential business avenues.
However, the problem we have is we send our techs to the events, no better sales approach in our opinion, which means when we received an urgent call to handle a significant issue one of our clients were facing. Tough calls had to be made.
Yesterday the Director and Technical Director disbanded with regrets at the close of the day and took the journey home following a day of "Galivanting"
To return to the office and head straight to our clients site. Why?
Because we are client first. not just in name but literally, if our clients call, we answer. Its part of who we are, what we do and how we operate.
